Day - 36/37

Hey everyone,

So, today is Friday 28th November. things have been so hectic this week but very exciting atthe same time. My Diet week has gone really well and i am officially making this week and next week Exercise week.

I have decided i need to step things up dont you agree? And i am sticking the Exercise week plan i explained on mondays blog. do you think that is good enough for Body Loss? I sure hope so haha.

monday was awesome as i said with everything that happened with the magazine etc. I dont know if i should saythe magazine name but i will find out and if i can tell you i will let you know straight away.

I am also going to start a series of question and answer blogs. linking all my sites together so i hope you all enjoy.

Wellness Update and New Start

So SMACK Bianca Trish Edgar hand... I Bianca Trish Edgar have been sooo naughty and i do apologise from the bottom of my heart for being a hopeless blogger... i thought the written blog would be the easiest for me... but seems to be the Vlog is pipping it to the post...

But today is the 24th November (Monday) and i promise to make a new start... i will aim to update this blog 3 times a week at least.

Last week was great... i have been getting alot of coverage had the most awesome interview with Claire, who is a freelance reporter and looks like yours truly will bein a national magazine.

how frigging awesome is that!!!!!!!

Diet wise things have been O.K... i have plateaud this week... so everything is the same...

So at least that is something hey... i thought i would share with you my plans for the next week...

EXERCISE.... i know seems like a swear word hey haha.

but what i plan is this...

Monday- Thursday

Tea cup run ( placing 6 cups at the top of the stairs and individually running up collecting one and then bringing it down etc)

Sit ups (3 sets of 25)

Press Ups (3 Sets of 25)

and Meditation

Friday

6pm i am going to be going to an hour long Boxercise class. arrrrrgrggggghhhh


Saturday & Sunday rest (i think ill need it haha)

If anyone has any suggestions please let me know...

Day 22, 23, 24 Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday

This week i have been was sooo poorly... so picking was seriously on the agenda... custard creams being the main one...

Shakes Great and also done well with the main meals i am going to start taking pictures of meals im proud of... what ya think?

So things have been quiet... not much to report... expect i ahve done a few photoshoots and started a business accelerate course.

I promise to do better this next week...

Day 21 - Monday

I feel so bad realising I havent written this week please accept my apologise.

LAST WEK I DONE SOOOOO WELL

Monday i weighed 16.2lbs thats 5lbs lost last week... TEN lbs lost on 3 weeks...

I WAS

Chest - 120cm
Abdominal- 134cm
Waist - 107cm
Left Thigh - 66cm
Right thigh - 66cm

I am NOW

Chest - 119cm (-1cm)
Abdominal- 131cm (-3cm)
Waist - 107cm (same)
Left Thigh - 64.5 (-1.5cm)
Right thigh - 64cm (-2cm)

7.5cms gone last week.

a total of 16cms in 3 weeks...

WOOP WOOP

So no longer thelast120lbs its thelast110lbs haha...

Day 20 - Sunday

Yesterday was rememberance sunday so we went to the parade in Wakefield... i took my camera to get some shots ill post some on my facebook.

i had nothing untill we got to the parade where we had a coffee and i drank my shake, it was so emotional... i cried... all the veterans from the wakefield area looking so sad and frail... the kids were sooooooo well behaved i was extremely proud of them

We went to Marks sisters house for sunday dinner. they all had the full works i had aquorn escalop with wensleydale cheese and blueberries inside it... with the vegetable from the roast... THEY PILED IT ON.... i ate my steamed vegetables first then my escalop i ate the 3 roast potatoes (small) anmd left the yorskire puddings... GO ME... i had 2 squares of chocolate and kept busy by playing the dvd version of trivial pursuit... OH MY GOSH.... how funny was that...

I was feeling rough and ill all day so when we came home i didnt feel like eating... so i just laide on the sofa.

stILL FEEL SIcK..... Send good vibes please...

Day 19 - Saturday

Saturday was a pretty relaxed day we went to town with marks Sister and mum. and they decided to go for something to eat... Neptunes which is this old cafe. been going 30 odd years, in wakefield.

Kids had a childrens meal sausage and chips... (i want them to start eating better too... a goal for this week)

the in-laws had a braised steak pie with fatty chips and beans... Bluuurrrggghhh haha... i know i dont eat meat but i couldnt go it anyway... haha.

and i had... wait for it.... MY SHAKE!!!! woop woop how good am i for resisting temptation!

we went to my mums for the afternoon and i cooked dinner everyone had homemade Spag Bol. and i had a quorn burger with oven cooked aubergines, carrots and small slices of brie on the burger... no bread.

and i had 2 squares of milk chocolate.

Day 18 - Friday

Yesterday, i had a 1/2 shake first thing as i wasnt very hungry and thought i may get hungry later on then an aaple mid morning a full shake at lunch time and then for dinner i had wholemeal spaghetti with bright vegetables and tuna.


i drank 2 litres of water and even thought about exercise so i am goign to speak to my Fiance about training with me to getthat going!!!!

Boxing Perhaps!!!

I cant believe its day 18 already... almost 3 weeks. what are you guys thinking to my diaries? please let me know.

Day 17 Thursday

Thursday AWESOME>... im on a roll hehe... i honestly feel like i am its amazing i am getting so much support from all these different sites and people seem to really care. so i feel really touched and extremely grateful for all i have recieved.

I had my 2 shakes, and again only had a couple of snacks such as carrots, apples and a half shake.

and for tea i had a quorn burger with carrot sticks and salad.

i feel lighter and i really like im onto something here...

Day 16 - Wednesday

Well Wednesday was a hell of alot better than tuesday.... my son was in a better mood (THANKFULLY) and i done extremely well with my food...

i had my shakes and a couple of snacks of carrots and an apple i had 2 jaffa cakes

so alot better than i hace Been doing the past few days.

i had some great chats with 2 of my friends Jay Roberts and Ben Houldsworth. these guys get me really fired up about my future... they are fantastic... also one of my BEST female friend Lucy Thornton-Ainslie. she is going to be my bridesmaid when i marry my fiance Mark... Lucy has got two new kittens so was all giddy on the phone haha. she is an inspiration to me in all areas the way she juggles being an amazing mum and a business woman and wife. i can learn alot from her.

Day 15- Tuesday

Oh My what a day yesterday was.

Tuesday 4th November.

Breakfast i had a strawberry and banana shake. and then for a snack at about 11am i had 1 ginger biscuit. For lunch i had a late one... but a shake which was the same as breakfast which i had whilst the kids ate at asda cafe before our weekly shop.

You know when you go to the supermarket, and there is that ONE child SCREAMING!!!!!!! and its so high pitched and goes through you to the point where you get a head ache... sound familier...

Well yesterday... was my son joseph!!!!

the little Monkey!!!

He hadnt slept all day and was kinda off it anyway and was screaming the whole way around one old guy told him to shut up... i was seething haha. Anway, as soon as i picked him up he fell asleep in my arms so i laid him down in the baby seat of the trolley. and went along and finished the shop.

I bought fresh fruit and vegetables and quorn products for me and meat was for the rest of the tribe. i have just had 400g of pineapple actually YUMMY! can you believe a weekly shop set us back £70... its ridiculous.

this has become one of my main reasons to carry on doing what i am doing purely because i want my family Never to live on the breadline again i know how hard it can be and we are still struglling a little but i tell you what not even a fraction as bad as what we were like 3-4 years ago.

Its a long road to the final life i want to lead with my dear family... but we will get there. and i am glad and honoured to be sharing it all with you guys.

Day 14 - Monday

Monday was such an awesome day.

i am SOOOOOOO Proud of myself. i overcame alot and did not give into temptations....

So let me explain.

I had a beautiful Herbalife Shake for breakfast.

2 Spoons of Vanilla f1
250ml of Semi Skimmed Milk
1 sachet of frozen Strawberry's
1/2 Large Banana

mixed it up in a blender and there you have it was lovely!!!!

i drank a bottle of water through out the morning. and when we got back from the school run at lunch the kids had their lunch and i had my 2nd shake.

2 Spoons of Vanilla f1
250ml of Semi Skimmed Milk
1/2 tsp of coffee
1/2 Large Banana

and that was just as delicious. i am really enjoying the experiments with flavours etc ill start photographing them so you can see what theyare like.

then between lunch and dinner i had a total of 4 ginger biscuits which was Amazing for me.

and Dinner was a medium sized jacket potatoe with mushrooms cooked in a frying pan without any oil or anything. and then 3 quorn sausaged chopped into it.... was lovely too...

look at me ill become the weight loss Ainsley Harriot... Chef extroidinaire haha.

also the exciting news i have from yesterday... it was weigh day and measuring day!!!!!

Last week i was

16st 10 (-2lbs)

THIS WEEK i am

16st7 (-3lbs)

Another 3lbs gone woop woop.... 5lbs in 2 weeks... yeah baby!!!

also the measuring.

I was

Chest - 124.5cm
Abdnominal - 135cm
Waist - 110cm
Left Thigh - 66cm
Right Thigh - 66cm

I am Now

Chest - 120cm (-4.5cm)
Abdominal- 134cm (-1cm)
Waist - 107cm (-3cm)
Left Thigh - 66cm (the same)
Right thigh - 66cm (The Same)

i have lost a total of 8.5cms off my body... How amazing is that...

Day 13 - Sunday

It is now 9.25pm and i am feeling relieved today is over because it has been a stressful and emotional day.

Firstly we had a very early start we were all out of the house by 7.40am and we went out to my mums to do the horrible task of taking my family to the airport... to sum up how i felt is... Heartbroken.

Little princess Sophia smiled for me first. i was holding her and she SMILED a real smile. and she is only 2 weeks old. i am glad i ahve had 2 weeks with her but so wished we had longer... say 18 years hehe. I am missing Pascal already her and Sasha have been like my sisters.

so what we are planning on doing is going over next year maybe for my birthday or for Gabriella and Sasha's birthday in April.

i have figured out we need to save £3500 so lets see how that goes aye.

so My family have left to go back to the states we got home at 1pm and then Marks mum, sister and neice came for lunch and stayed till about 7.30pm.

for lunch we had sausage potato and peas... I had Quorn Sausage as i am a veggie... was lovely though.

I feel over the place so i apologise for switching topics every line. haha.

But good day diet wise 1 shake 1 meal and a few ginger biscuits so fingers crossed it finishes this way.

Day 12 - Saturday

Saturday was a lovely, yet rushed day.

we were in a rush so i didnt get a chance to have a shake. We went to town and sorted out marks computer. he picked his favourite. and was messed about something chronic by the people at PC world in Wakefield... so dont go there people. because they rip you off haha.

he had to go all the way to beeston, leeds in the end ... poor thing.

we met uip with my in-laws for lunch and they all ate fish and chips... I RESISTED!!!! and bought a salad and a tuna baguette from next door i was very proud of myself for that.

After town we went to my mums to spend the last day with my amazing Cousin Pascal Baby sophia and my auntie nikki, we also got to see my Granny and Grandad smith who are related to me by marriage.

So we had a great day and didnt leave untill about 11pm.

GOOOOOOOD DAY!

Day 11 - Friday

I was so busy on friday i had shoots allday so i didnt pick... but i didnt have time for breakfast either so i didnt eat untill i got to Asda with one of my dear friends and business partner in Lipstick Photography. Emma. we had dinner there i had a jacket potato with the most mingin tuna on it i have ever tasted. and a side of chips... yes i know naughty naughty.

Then for tea i had a gorgeous salad and my mums.

didnt pick much in the evening that i want i am aiming on keeping under control.

Friday = good but tiring day.

Day 10 - Thursday

Thursday was a completey different day to wednesday.

I had my shake for breakfast. and a normal lunch and tea. as i am waiting for my delivery so only enough formula 1 for one a day.

I had the most amazing chat with my best friend Ben. and he really helped me seem rational about the issues i have had regarding my v-blogs... one of the reasons i have taken a couple of days off my blog so now i have now had a chance about where i want to take this and where i want to take my life.

Soooo... Thursday was a good one.
