So the Christmas Period is over and here comes the new year.
the anticipation of the new year, many of us.. well actually 90% of us starting a list of New years resolutions. Making an oath to mak ethe coming year better than the last. guaruntee that most of these resolutions will be one of the following.
Lose Weight, Stop Smoking, Get In Shape, make More Money or try to develop of change a part of who we are. I am going to do a blog purely about goal setting etc so please look out for that, but anyhoo.
new year is approaching. i completely over done it at christmas was so proud of myself the week running up to christmas as i got below 16st and after the festivities. i am now back up to 16st6 so 8lbs... i think alot of it is because i have eaten alot of carbs and they dont really agree with me and start my IBS off. But i am not going to make an excuses. Was my choice to eat it. And now its up to me to make the changes to get back on track and i started today.
When the kids were eating breakfast i done my TEA CUP run.
You place 6 cups atthe top of the stairs, Start at the bottom and run up collect a cup, then run back down and repeat that untill you have collected all the cups.
sounds easy hey! but its not hahaha.
I completed mine in 1 min 38.06 secs.
then I done 2 sets of 10 press ups and same for sit ups.
So tomorrow my plan is to beat my time for Tea cup Run and increase my sets by 2 each. so 2 sets of 12.
I Will let you know how i get on.

I absolutely love the tea cup run. I can't run up stairs, and even walking up them is a problem, but I'm having fun picturing you doing it. Way to go!
