New month - Body Loss, Better Energy, Fat Loss, and General Wellness

As I embark on another Month in my Journey I am filled with excitement and hope for the future.

I am focusing on Wellness uk!. Meaning I want to make a difference to the wellness of people in the U.K. So Mission wellness Uk is on. And Yes, I do choose to accept it hehe.

So whether it be a case that your looking for help in weight loss leeds? Or weight gain Aberdeen I am looking for you!!

Now you all know my story I have lost 240lbs and have never found life more exhilarating than I do now. I also believe I’ve found the best & healthiest way to do things and that’s the way I have got the results so far.

And I plan on writing slimming reviews on different ways you can conduct this plan and the sliming reviews will include recipes and also how new nutrition habits and help your wellness journey no end.

If you really want to have a real change in lifestyle then there are numerous things you need to take into consideration!

You need to look at the lifestyle you are living now and the aspects you want to change.

WRITE the changes you want to happen. Your Lifestyle change can not change until you action your desires. Make a list of baby steps that when taken will result in you reaching your goal and you living the style you dream of. This will continue…. Next entry.

Todays Entry....

I have had a new lease of life after what could be described as a downward spiral.

However due to the amazing products I take i am back on track. Life gets in the way of your goals sometimes. the secret is to intercept it before it does any real damage.

Luckily I did just that. I reflected, took note planned my goals and now ready to move forward.

As i write this today I note that in my down time i gained a few pounds. and stand at 16st 13lbs i would imagine but i will weight tomorrow. considering i got down to 15stone 13 im a little upset but I have identified the problem and i have lost 236lbs in total (taking away what i just gained) and i know what ill be next week.... EVEN LIGHTER! xxx

The Last 120lbs - 20th Jan

I have had a rollercoaster of a day.

all the emotions, ever possible i have felt.

Sadness, Proud, Anger, Frustrated, Happy, loved, betrayed.

Crazy hey.

I have had the worse headache imaginable. i tried to use the natural ways to make it better. even a small session of Reflexology.

i had to use headache tablets and a long hot bath in the dark. and its getting there.

ive been feeling a bit down because i so desperately want to help people especially my friends and havent been able to get them to notice what i do. they are happy using products that arent the best and way overpriced when they know i can help them ... just frustrating thats all.

I really do want to help people and its my calling. Ill Get there.

I have done really well. With my wellness side. went to the gym. Had a great workout done 1.06kilometres in 15 minutes.

The Last 120lbs - Food Blog, Temple Spa, Herbalife Youtube

I have been away for a while, and that its purely down to emotions.

I havent been feeling great since my skin has become a fireball of pain haha.

I went to a friends house with Laura (one of my best friends Loves her) and we went to check out Temple Spa, Tempel Spa Products. Had a facial felt ok. and then when i woke up the following morning. I was in so much pain. my face felt like it was on fire. I had little lumps come up and felt so down about the way i looked. One thinks its not as natural as they make out it to be haha.

I do use what I consider the BEST possible skin care range with is Nurifusion by Herbalife and maybe its because im used to my skin feeling soooo good and smooth anything less hits me hard.... Am I Being silly for wanting the best for my skin?

Anyway I hadnt worn make up for a few days and when i did i cried when i removed it as it hurt so much. so. The moral of this story. Stick to what i know works for me and that is without shadow of a doubt Herbalife!

But nearly 2 weeks on im feeling alot better and my skin is starting to feel somewhat normal!!!

Wellness and Weight Lose wise, Im doing ok. I have plataeued the last few weeks but i think thats partly to do with ther exercise i have been doing and the depression thing! but back on track now.

WOW - MAJOR Revelations!! - My Loss Weight Diet

As 2009 has begun, i decide to reframe my focus. Sit back and think about where i have come from to where i am to where i want to go. Refocus, Replan and start my 2009 with a bang.

My loss Weight diet.

Now. This is a doozy. I found my diary for 2007. what caught my eye was the entry for the 31st December.

"21st December 2007! - Me.

I have 160lbs to lose. how the hell am i going to do it.

I know herbalife will help me, i mean its the ONLY things that has done the trick in the past. But 160lbs seems soooo much.

Im so fat. i Hat it... Now is the time to change. Wish me luck...B xxx"

That was my diary entry just over a year ago.

I have lost 85lbs since then and in that time started my The Last 120lbs campaign.

Looking against BMI chart etc. to get a Healthy BMI of 23 i am aiming for a weight of 135lbs. so i am 222 now which means ONLY 87 to go...

My journey - Update

So the Christmas Period is over and here comes the new year.

the anticipation of the new year, many of us.. well actually 90% of us starting a list of New years resolutions. Making an oath to mak ethe coming year better than the last. guaruntee that most of these resolutions will be one of the following.

Lose Weight, Stop Smoking, Get In Shape, make More Money or try to develop of change a part of who we are. I am going to do a blog purely about goal setting etc so please look out for that, but anyhoo.

new year is approaching. i completely over done it at christmas was so proud of myself the week running up to christmas as i got below 16st and after the festivities. i am now back up to 16st6 so 8lbs... i think alot of it is because i have eaten alot of carbs and they dont really agree with me and start my IBS off. But i am not going to make an excuses. Was my choice to eat it. And now its up to me to make the changes to get back on track and i started today.

When the kids were eating breakfast i done my TEA CUP run.

You place 6 cups atthe top of the stairs, Start at the bottom and run up collect a cup, then run back down and repeat that untill you have collected all the cups.

sounds easy hey! but its not hahaha.

I completed mine in 1 min 38.06 secs.
then I done 2 sets of 10 press ups and same for sit ups.

So tomorrow my plan is to beat my time for Tea cup Run and increase my sets by 2 each. so 2 sets of 12.

I Will let you know how i get on.

So,in 6 sleeps its christmas... Aaaarrrrggggggghhhhh

No seriously, i am very excited as its my favourite time of the year.I am very much a family orientated person and love the whole ambience surrounding Christmas (more so than my own birthday). The Hot cocoa, and fire burning as you unwrap your presents and give thanks to our lord.

Not alot of people give thanks for Christ on this day even though its all about him. people have lost the real sense of christmas and falling into the trao of Commerciality of the day. (me included in the past0 you cant help it really when its all thats on TV hey? just as long as people give thanks to the good things in life and have a warm heart at this time of year i dont mind. i mean jeez. I love getting pressies as much as the next person.

Dear santa i would love to have a brand new Herbalife branded mini cooper this year please haha. (i shall pinch myself if that happeneds)

the REAL reason i am wanting to talk about christmas is the eating side of things.

I am going to post some tips for xmas. and hope that it helps everyone as it has done for me.

Please look out for those.

Things have been going really well i have been feeling full and satisfied so no outrageous eating the past week so i am really proud of myself for that.

So FAT LOSS, and Weight loss should be certain on monday but younever know hey. hehe.
