Yesterday, i had a 1/2 shake first thing as i wasnt very hungry and thought i may get hungry later on then an aaple mid morning a full shake at lunch time and then for dinner i had wholemeal spaghetti with bright vegetables and tuna.
i drank 2 litres of water and even thought about exercise so i am goign to speak to my Fiance about training with me to getthat going!!!!

I cant believe its day 18 already... almost 3 weeks. what are you guys thinking to my diaries? please let me know.
